ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Effectively maintain and troubleshoot new and existing plant equipment while working with pneumatics, hydraulics, PLC's, and other electrical components.
- Maintain and repair equipment to ensure safe operation. Follow proper Lock out Tag Out procedures.
- Assist with planning, prioritizing, and scheduling maintenance projects. Ensure equipment PM's are tracked and completed per schedule.
- Coordinates with outside vendors as needed for repair and maintenance of equipment.
- Source needed components and/or vendors to facilitate equipment repairs. Maintain spare parts inventory.
- Work with manufacturing engineers in the development and construction of new jigs, fixtures, or automation equipment.
- Demonstrates familiarity and consistently complies with lean and ISO standards and practices.
- Use maintenance support systems plan, track, and evaluate work.
- Completes work assignments in accordance with all safety procedures, work rules, policies, and specifications.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- 5 years of experience in a manufacturing/Maintenance Technician environment
- Experience with Maintenance Tracking Software
OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to be Forklift certified
