Medical Associates is seeking a Maintenance Technician with an emphasis on commercial flooring installation.
Ideal knowledge and skills for this role include:
- Commercial flooring installation
- Finish Carpentry - applying wall coverings, dry walling, painting, etc.
- Plumbing - copper, cast and PVC
- HVAC - Repairs, PM, learn HVAC software system
- Preventative Maintenance Practices
- Strong preference for health care construction experience
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 1st or 2nd shift available, 2nd shift preferred but open to 1st as well! On-call rotation every 10 weeks (76 hours total) with on-call pay.

Essential Duties:
- Perform general and skilled maintenance duties under various titles including maintenance plumber, rough construction, finish carpentry, bio/medical/electronics, maintenance mechanic, maintenance painter, HVAC.
- Perform preventative maintenance and utilize decision making skills for corrective maintenance procedures
- Assist with other tasks, including but not limited to, cleaning of equipment and removal of snow during inclement weather
- Identify and evaluate possible options when conducting routine repairs on building and equipment
- Complete all other assigned projects and duties.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Education: High school diploma or GED required.
Experience: From one to three years of similar or related experience.
