Maintenance/Floor Technician

• Responsible for cleaning and waxing the floors, carpets and maintaining the floor maintenance machines. Repairs and maintains health center appearance. Assists with groundwork and snow removal as needed. Full-time 40 hours per week.
• On Call Required - once every four weeks. On Call week schedule is as follows - Sunday through Thursday. All other weeks - Monday through Friday.

Education/Requirements/Knowledge/Skills:

• Post-secondary education or formal technical training desirable.
• Minor mechanical or technical experience desirable.
• Must be able to work overtime as needed and ability to work flexible hours.
• Must have basic computer skills.
• A great attitude, work ethic, and superb people skills - a must!
