Job Summary:
- This is mostly a mail clerk position but looking for someone with facilities experience as well
Mail Room Clerk & Facilities Operations
- Retrieves and sorts mail, including packages, by department and category
- Pick up departmental mail
- Prepares documents and other items for shipping
- Operates office equipment
- Record the arrival of mail
Potential Basic Maintenance
- Mechanics, light bulbs, trash, etc. - general upkeep of the buildings
Notes:
- Onsite: 5 days a week in NJ location (15 Sylvan Way, Parsippany)
- Hours: typically 8 am-4:30 pm or 8:30 am to 5 pm
