Responsibilities:
- Review tenant maintenance requests daily to ensure they are addressed in a timely manner
- Schedule maintenance requests with in-house maintenance department or 3rd party vendors
- Communicate with tenants regarding maintenance concerns
- Manage maintenance technicians calendars and schedules
- Schedule all turnover work for vacant units
- Work directly with property owners to get turnover work approved and scheduled in a timely manner
- Manage and oversee larger property maintenance projects like exterior painting, plumbing jobs, concrete repairs, etc.
- Review completed turnover maintenance work to ensure it meets company standards
- Attend occupied unit inspections
- Review invoices from scheduled work and submit to bookkeeping for payment
- Respond to emails, calls, and texts from coworkers and property owners in timely manner
- Meet with property owners as needed to go over property maintenance projects, vacancy work, etc.
- Post notices at properties as need
Experience:
- Proven experience in a maintenance coordination or leadership role
- Project management skills, including the ability to plan, organize, and prioritize tasks
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude in the work environment
- Flexible team player

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
