Job Summary
The Mailroom, Print Production and Fulfillment Coordinator is responsible for performing a variety of facility and office management functions, mail processing, member fulfillment, and printing responsibilities. Provides for repairs, maintenance and security of the physical office location to ensure employee and visitor safety and comfort. Orders necessary office equipment and supplies to support office personnel operations. Responsible for printing, sorting of materials and mailing of materials, packages, etc. ensuring timely delivery to recipients. Support other personnel in office and facility management activities. Maintains HIPAA and departmental confidentiality of member and Company information and matters.
Essential Responsibilities
- Administers and oversees office/facility management including, but not limited to office supply management, security systems (alarm, locks, keys, etc.), facility repairs and maintenance and mail processing functions.
- Utilizes computer and other automated and programs, systems and equipment to perform duties and responsibilities.
- Processes incoming and outgoing mail, sorts materials for accurate and proper outgoing member, group and provider informational packages.
- Works with outside vendors for facility repair and maintenance requirements and deliverables.
- Organizes and maintains up-to-date work log and other tracking documents and reports.
- Supports other departmental staff and management with special projects as directed and assigned.
- Knowledge of facility management and maintenance processes and procedures.
- Working knowledge of computer systems and programs associated with the accurate and timely processing of responsibilities.
- Completing a variety of required and necessary facility maintenance, printing and mail processing and tasks and duties in a timely and accurate manner.
- Maintaining and ensuring compliance with HIPAA and other Company proprietary information.
- Ability to work under general supervision.
- Addresses and resolves basic to moderately complex facility maintenance, mail processing and printing issues and problems.
- Establishes and/or supports company and departmental goals and objectives; makes decisions based upon best approach/practices to meet those goals, objectives and performance requirements.
- Performs any and all additional duties as required for this position.
Basic Qualifications
Experience
- Minimum of 3 years of related experience in a mail processing or facilities management role

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40
- Shift: Monday – Friday; 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
