Print Production Associate

SUMMARY

The Print Production Coordinator is responsible for the efficient and successful performance of print functions. This position reports directly to the Brand Communications Manager and is responsible for managing all aspects of printer manufacturing orders.  

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Initiates requests for competitive bids and negotiates with vendor and suppliers to perform print jobs for direct mail, seasonal promotions, sales collateral, and other printed media such as apparel, bags, and novelty items.  
• Prepares estimates and cost analysis reports for internal budget approval. 
• Coordinates and prioritizes Print Production schedules and print specifications.  
• Reviews and approves mock-ups and proofs, performs final quality assurance.  
• Prepares and presents reports created on sales and marketing trends for print and mail programs to Management and Executives.  
• Assists in the coordination of print and mail marketing projects. May also support special projects and items to support sales staff and other Marketing efforts, as needed.  
• Performs inventory and supply ordering for all print. Ensures accurate print counts by effectively communicating with external and onsite fulfillment warehouses.  
• Keeps response rate reports updated and submits copies to the Brand Communications Manager each Monday. 
• Coordinates directly with the digital marketing team for printed and digital promotional materials.  
• Knowledge of graphic design including but not limited to Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign are a plus but not required.  
• Assists with the creation of artwork for corporate stationery, contact information updates on existing materials and DM updates as needed by the Manager. 
• Responsible for product updates and promotions within Odoo.  
• Other projects and responsibilities may be added at the company’s discretion. 

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree (preferred) (Concentration in Marketing or Business Administration preferred) or 1+ years related experience in Print Production required. Must have High School Diploma.
