Form of workARC Document Solutions is searching for a candidate to perform duo roles, Customer Service Representative/Production Staff, to join our Modesto team. The successful candidate is someone who enjoys working in a print environment while building relationships with clients. The CSR/Production team member will coordinate with clients to create clear order instructions for production to process and print based on the customer's specifications. Customer Service & Production responsibilities include:
- Greet Clients in a Friendly Manner as they Enter the Facility
- Process In-Person, Phone, Email, Electronic, and Hard Copy Work Orders
- Examine original hard copy documents for completeness and defects
- Make suggestions regarding paper, binding, and other finishing options to meet customer needs.
- Assist with Quoting and Billing Print Projects using MFG Software.
- E-mail and/or Call Clients with Questions Regarding Orders when Appropriate
- Assist Clients in Proof Review & Approval
- Generate quotes to inform Customers of Unit Prices, Shipping/Delivery Dates, Delays, etc.
- Follow-up with Clients in Order to Keep them Informed of the Status of their Projects and to discuss any questions.
- Identify and generate sales leads
- Monitor the progress of a job through the production cycle and keep management informed of any concerns or questions.
- Ensure Will Call or Delivery Times are Reasonable and Fit into Production Schedules
- Work Together with Drivers and Courier Services to Schedule Deliveries
- Pack and Ship Finished Orders via FedEx, UPS, or USPS
- Maintain Office Supplies and Packaging Inventory
- Sell Add-ons and New Services/Merchandise to Clients
- Participate in Training Modules to Update Customer Service, Print Production, and Technical Skills.
- Consult with management regarding costs, deadlines, and communicating information to the customer.
- Staff shares in customer deliveries. This position is required to drive, occasionally, to pick up and deliver customer orders.
- Perform other Tasks, Duties, or Functions as Assigned
Skills and Qualifications:
- Communicate Effectively with Clients and Team Members.
- Ability to effectively promote the products and services of the company.
- Safe driver, current Class C driver's license and clean driving record.
- Must have excellent written and Customer Service skills.
- Thorough knowledge of materials and equipment utilized in the duplicating/print process.
- A working experience in Customer Service, printing, binding, and finishing.
- Knowledge of the printing industry - specifically color services, is a plus.
- Ability to quickly learn new software and procedures
- A willingness to learn MFG billing software.
- Time management skills in a fast paced on demand environment.
- Able to multi-task while maintaining quality and accuracy.
- The CSR/Production position must occasionally lift up to 50 lbs., and regularly up to 15 lbs.
- Attention to detail, an eye for color, and a positive attitude.
Compensation: $17 - $19 Hourly
