Our industry can be taught. Experience is not required as we do offer paid training. We are looking for professionals individuals who work and live with honesty and integrity who do not need to be micromanaged and who understand the importance of hard work.

Skills required to succeed:

· Dedication, persistence, and self-motivation

· Typing speed of 45 wpm at minimum (typing test will be given)

· Fast learner--especially with new programs! Tech Savvy is a MUST

· Verbal and written communication

· Stellar Customer Service skills

· Adaptable and open to change

· Team Player and a Great Attitude!

Job Duties Include:

· Handle all incoming and outgoing pieces of mail

· Scan and upload incoming mail into client's files

· Responsible for tracking/logging movement on each mail piece

· Acting back-up for customer service, responding to customer service emails when needed.

Compensation:

· Hourly $17/hour

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 per hour

• High school or equivalent (Required)
