- Fulfill individual office supply requests
- Maintain supply inventory/place supply orders through company vendor
- Coordinate building sweeps
- Some outgoing mail processing
- Provide mailroom closing support when needed
- Driving will be required to fulfill errands
Minimum Qualifications / Experience:
- 1+ year of mailroom or administrative experience (preferred)
- Must have a valid California driver's license
- Must have a personal vehicle
- General office experience preferred
- Previous agency experience a plus
- MS office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) skills
