Mailroom Clerk

Key Responsibilities:

File Room Coverage:

• Utilize our database system to log, search, and locate a variety of program files.
• Provide quick and exceptional customer service to those who request File Room services via e-mail, window, or inbox.
• Deliver file requests in a timely manner. This involves pulling a cart full of files, bending to load and unload the cart, and lifting files to desired locations. Please note that the boxes’ estimated weight is 20-30 lbs.
• Conduct physical searches of files throughout our office.
• Occasionally, deliver, file away, or retrieve files from our off-site File Room storage facility.

Mail Duties:

• Handle the delivery, collection, and processing of mail. This will require following procedures on the use of our mail room postage machine.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $16.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
