RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Customer service oriented
- Possess strong organizational skills and can pay close attention to detail.
- Demonstrate basic computer skills for purposes of data entry.
- Able to multitask and perform many different duties – such as delivering mail, collecting mail and answering questions – all at the same time.
- Good communications skills to deal with the mailroom customers – SVB employees.
- Familiar with UPS and FedEx shipping processes.
- Able to lift 30-50 lb. boxes.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Supporting the incoming/outgoing and sorting of bank mail. This mail is time sensitive bank mail (checks to/from clients, contracts, urgent notices, etc.).
- Experience to include:
- Admin or office support.
- Mail /UPS/FedEx experience.
- Ability to multitask.
- Detail oriented.
- Team player
