Paladin Consulting is currently hiring a ­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­Sr On-Site Service Specialist to join our team working onsite at our client's office located in Medford, MA.

Job Title: Sr On-Site Service Specialist
Work Location: Medford, MA
Duration: Long-term contract with option to hire
Hours: Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm
Education/Experience Required: High school or equivalent

Job Description & Responsibilities:

• We are running a student mailroom at a University.
• We need someone that can multi-task and receive, check in and hand out packages and mail to students.
• During the busy times, it is a lot of walking within the mailroom.
• If the temp, becomes permanent, we also provide courier services to the faculty.
• It would be helpful if the right candidate does have a valid license for if then become permanent.

Skills & Qualifications:

• We need someone who is good with customer service, able to work in a fast paced environment and willing to do whatever tasks are needed during the work day.
• Customer provides parking outside the mailroom
• Dress code is business causal
• No current Covid policy
