Job Description
- Supporting the incoming/outgoing and sorting of bank mail. This mail is time sensitive bank mail (checks to/from clients, contracts, urgent notices, etc.)
- Customer service oriented
- Possess strong organizational skills and can pay close attention to detail
- Demonstrate basic computer skills for purposes of data entry
- Able to multitask and perform many different duties – such as delivering mail, collecting mail and answering questions – all at the same time
- Good communications skills to deal with the mailroom customers – SVB employees.
- Familiar with UPS and FedEx shipping processes
- Able to lift 30-50 lb. boxes
Experience to include:
- Admin or office support.
- Mail /UPS/FedEx experience.
- Ability to multitask.
- Detail oriented.
- Team player
Compensation:
The pay rate range above is the base hourly pay range that Aditi Consulting reasonably expects to pay someone for this position (compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including but not limited to, a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, location and end client requirements).
