Summary
The client is looking for a Part-Time MailRoom Clerk responsible for performing a variety of mailroom duties. This is a contract to Hire role. Candidates need to work Monday to Thursday (8:00 AM - 3:00 PM EST). This is an onsite job. The position is in a corporate setting, and Professional appearance, computer savvy.
Roles & Responsibilities
· Mail Clerk receives, sorts and distributes incoming mail.
· Collects and processes outgoing mail.
· Being a Mail Clerk operates postage machine and other mailroom equipment as needed.
· Typically requires a high school diploma or its equivalent.
· Additionally, the Mail Clerk typically reports to a Mailroom Supervisor.
· The Mail Clerk possesses a moderate understanding of general aspects of the job.
· Works under the close direction of senior personnel in the functional area.
Minimum Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a mailRoom Clerk is required.
Must be able to lift 50 pounds
