Operates electronic mail extraction equipment and high speed image check and document transport equipment ensuring that all records are properly processed.
Completes review of imaged and non imaged documents for capture quality, mark sense accuracy, scanline read rate document rejects and IDT interface.
Prepares batches and balances transactions by term, type and dollar amount including deposit verification.
Reroutes rejected images for manual intervention and resolution. Transmits, validates and balances membership information to the membership database.
Meets or exceeds daily, weekly and monthly production and service quality objectives.
Data Entry experience preferred.
Rotational shift structure to support the department's seven day work schedule. Schedules vary and weekend schedules as required. All schedules are subject to change and Overtime is required when needed.
