Facilities & Mail Room Clerk

This position entails courier duties, stock room and shred duties. You will be responsible for transportation of documents and supplies to and from designated branches and departments. Responsible for maintenance of stock room, records management storage and shredding. This position provides back up support and assistance to mail processing clerks.
All other duties as assigned.
Ability to operate most standard office equipment. Ability to be flexible with work schedule. Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs over a long period of time. Ability to climb (stairs, ladders, etc.). Ability to push or pull up to 50 lbs.Ability to work in adverse conditions such as extreme heat, cold, dirt, etc. Frequent travel is required.
This position requires the employee to conduct themselves in a manner that will permit them to legally and safely retain driving privileges and safely operation equipment/machinery and remain insurable under OVB's insurance plan without additional premium expense.
