SalaryThe YMCA of Indiana County is seeking candidates for summer employment at the Front Desk of Mack Park Pool. The Member Services Representative supports our mission to support our community and demonstrates our cause and demonstrating our core values of honesty, caring, respect and responsibility is our main mission at the YMCA.
Experience:
- Experience working with computers.
- Experience working in an customer services, office setting or scheduling (preferred).
Education:
- The MSR must have or be in pursuit of obtaining a High School Diploma or have a High School diploma.
Abilities:
- General computer knowledge and perform administrative tasks
- Processing transactions
- Ability to assess and respond to the needs of members and staff
- Ability to have consistent attendance and punctuality
- Maintain professionalism
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be able to bend and stoop occasionally
- Must be able to sit for long periods of time
- Must be able to lift 25 pounds occasionally
