Responsibilities:
As a Front DeskTeam Member, your central role is to ensure a smooth and effective patient journey throughout their care plan or recommended treatment. Your responsibilities would entail:
- Handling all incoming communications related to existing patients.
- Scheduling patients for their subsequent appointments using our Electronic Health Record (EHR) system.
- Maintaining 100% data accuracy for each patient across all appointments.
- Managing the appointment confirmation and reminder system.
- Overseeing the birthday text/email initiative for patients.
- Managing the process for appointment rescheduling, cancellations, and addressing broken appointments.
- Upholding a consistently high rate of kept appointments.
- Facilitating seamless patient check-in and providing necessary information to providers for each treatment.
- Ensuring that patients have their next appointment scheduled before concluding their ongoing visit.
- Monitoring and ensuring completion of recommended treatments before patient check-out.
- Collecting and scheduling patient payments.
- Assisting patients in completing required paperwork in preparation for re-exams at appropriate intervals.
- Leading daily team huddles

- Effective Team Leadership: Lead daily huddles to ensure productive days and drive the implementation of weekly team meeting initiatives.
Requirements:
To excel as a Front Desk Established Patient Team Member, you should possess the following qualifications:
- Effective Communication Skills: Demonstrate a high level of communication proficiency to engage empathetically and professionally with patients and colleagues.
- Proficiency in Hospitality Skills: Exhibit genuine interest in patient well-being and possess the ability to guide patients through their treatment plans.
- Keen Attention to Detail: Display meticulous attention to detail, ensuring precision in all documentation and patient interactions.
- Skilled Conflict Resolution: Display a high level of assertiveness and diplomacy in handling patient confrontations to overcome obstacles to patients obtaining exceptional results with their care.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
