Front Desk Team Member
Job Summary
Under direction of the office coordinator, performs a variety of administrative tasks related to Front Desk and mailroom functions including but not limited to answering and transferring incoming calls and greeting customers/guests of the Corporate Support Center.
Summary of essential job functions
- Assist with day-to-day operations of the Front Desk/mailroom functions and duties
- Answer, transfer, or page (when necessary) all CSC and company related calls
- Providing clerical and administrative support to departments as requested
- Greet all guests and associates in a friendly and professional manner
- Monitor all incoming and outgoing deliveries/mail and sort as needed
Minimum Requirements
- Must be proficient in handling high volume calls and able to operate a multi-phone system (will train)
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word & Excel
- Professional, friendly, and approachable demeanor
- Flexibility and a positive attitude
- Good oral and written skills
