We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Agent to join our team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for all visitors. ```Responsibilities:```

- Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly attitude

- Check guests in and out, ensuring accuracy of information

- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a timely manner

- Provide information about facilities and services.

- Handle guest complaints or concerns with professionalism and resolve issues promptly

- Maintain a clean and organized Front Desk area

- Perform administrative tasks such as data entry and membership sales

-Cleaning and upkeep of the space required

```Requirements:```

- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

- Proficient in using computer software for data entry and reservation management

- Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle difficult situations with patience

- Professional appearance and demeanor

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $12.50 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week

Schedule:

• 4 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Evening shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
