This is an excellent opportunity and our dental practice is seeking a Front Desk Associate to join our team to utilize your skills and advance your career. We are looking for responsible candidates to be able to work alone. .Must be organized and friendly with patients. Are you looking for a calm professional private care practice with wonderful patients and a great team? We have you covered. We have fun in our practice and we are looking for a special person to join our team.

Must be friendly on the phone, be familiar with insurance, treatment planning and presentation of the plan. Other responsibilities include :collections and follow up on patients to schedule with the doctor. Full Time position, Mon -Friday. We are a private care practice with a professional and fun team who all work together to move the practice forward.

Applicants must have Front Desk Experience in a Dental Office. Applicants must have experience with the Dentrix Software Program or similar dental software, have excellent phone skills, be organized and can multitask. Able to work independently as well.Responsibilities include greeting patients, processing insurance, treatment planning, making financial agreements and sharing the phone.

Salary will be based on experience but we had to post a salary range, but salaries will be based on experience .
