SalaryUNIS is one of the largest & fastest growing Logistics companies. We are looking for qualified LTL Dispatcher for LTL Division. As a LTL Dispatcher for UNIS Transportation. You will schedule pick-up and deliveries . Work together with warehouse to plan the loading/unloading of containers at our facility, manage driver workload. Work with customer service to schedule appointments. Manage yard to ensure there is no per diem. Manage dispatch board and make sure everything is being checked in and containers are being ingated/outgated . You will also process POD's /BOL
This is a Monday through Friday position 8am to 4:30pm. In NORTHAMPTON PA..

- Minimum of two year of experience in truck drayage scheduling and dispatching or industry experience
- Upstream or downstream industry experience preferred
- You possess strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate with others in order to achieve the best results and deliver the most value, and capable of working independently to manage your time to meet deadline
- Language Skills: Relies on written and verbal communication.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employers of organization.
- Communicates internally with all corporate office staff, and externally with terminals, line haul contractors, law enforcement and customers.
