SalaryOur client is currently seeking a Clinical Quality LPN to work in a high production environment, and adhere to measured productivity and quality requirements.
HEDIS and Chart chase experience required.
This is onsite 100% of the time.
This is a contract to hire assignment
This job will have the following responsibilities:
- Assisting in the review of medical records to highlight Star/HEDIS opportunities for the medical staff.
- Review medical records for data collection, data entry, and quality monitoring that close gaps in care.
- Track and trend barriers/challenges that exist at their assigned groups so that better outcomes can be achieved including access to appointments lack of follow up on referrals, or inconsistent coding practices.
- Navigate multiple documentation systems and obtain medical record sections supportive of HEDIS/Star measures.
- Maintains education/knowledge base of HEDIS/STARs.

Qualifications & Requirements:
- Licensed Practical Nurse
- Minimum 2 year HEDIS experience and/or knowledge
- Knowledge of managed care requirements related to Clinical Quality
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Salary: $32.50 - $34.00 per hour
