Logistics/Sales Coordinator

Location: West Palm (M-F: 10AM-6PM, Sat: 11AM-4PM) & Sunrise Office (11AM-7PM Sat)

We are a leading long-distance moving company, servicing both individual and freight needs. Unlike many in the industry, we are not just a broker. With our fleet of trucks servicing the East Coast, we also broker out to ensure comprehensive coverage. We have an exclusive contract with Astro Supply Chain for freight services, providing quick, efficient deliveries.

Responsibilities

• Punctuality: Being on time and showing up every day with a positive attitude is non-negotiable.
• Sales & Customer Service: Spend at least 3 hours per day on the phone, going through inventory with customers and closing deals.
• Multitasking: You will be expected to multitask and manage high-pressure situations effectively.

Requirements

• Transportation: Must own a car to commute to the office.
• Experience: High sales aptitude, call center experience, excellent communication skills. Experience in timeshare, auto warranty, or vacation sales is highly preferred. No car sales backgrounds, please.
• Tech-Savvy: Must be computer proficient.
• Commitment: Ability to work in the office Monday through Saturday.
• Professionalism: No external drama. You will be expected to always maintain a professional demeanor.

Compensation & Benefits

• Draw vs. Commission: Compensation starts at a $300 draw against commission.
• Earnings: Top representatives make between $3,000 and $5,000 per week, while average reps make $800 to $1,500 per week post-training.
• Daily Spiffs: Earn extra on top of your commission!
• All Tools Provided: All sales tools and training will be provided to ensure your success.
• Payment Options: We accept Zelle, Venmo, ACH, and credit cards. With credit card payments, you receive 75% of the binder.
• Office Environment: Great atmosphere. The dress code is polo and jeans. Please look presentable; no basketball shorts or tank tops are allowed.
