Position Overview:
We seek a dedicated Sales Support & Logistics Coordinator to manage and follow-up on orders, ensuring smooth coordination between sales, suppliers, customers, freight carriers, and accounting for successful order fulfillment. This role demands excellent customer service, order entry, and inside Sales Support skills, making it ideal for individuals who excel in dynamic, team-oriented environments.
Major Responsibilities:
- Oversee the management, follow-up, and reconciliation of sales orders.
- Ensure accurate and timely communication with all parties involved in the order fulfillment process.
- Support sales staff with documentation, reporting, and customer inquiries.
- Coordinate logistics and troubleshoot any related issues.
- Maintain and enhance customer and supplier relationships through effective communication.
Success Measures:
- Timely and efficient customer service and Sales Support.
- Accurate order processing and fulfillment.
- Strong multitasking, prioritization, and time management skills.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or higher.
- 5+ years in customer service and inside sales, logistics experience a plus.
- Proficiency in relevant software (e.g., inventory management systems, Microsoft Office).
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
