Job Description
1. Manage clearing shipments from the Port and arranging trucking to our 3PL distribution center
2. Manage the Receiving of containers into the 3PL
3. Work with back office 3rd party on order allocations and oversee the retailer pick ups from warehouse to ensure Customer Orders ship within the ship dates.
Need to check import documents from factories against our ERP system – Experience with AMT ERP system a PLUS. Will cross Train
Track all shipments from overseas until they are delivered to the warehouse or to the customer
Need to check all freight and duty invoices
Track container move (from shipments from the Orient, availability at the Port; pick up container dates; work with freight forwarders)
Bookings and Delivery Orders from Warehouse to Customers.
