Job Description
Join our dynamic team as a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) Clerk, where you'll play a crucial role in processing, checking in, and returning products in need of repair to manufacturers. This multifaceted position will involve collaboration across departments, including warehouse, technical, and sales, in a fast-paced warehouse environment. As an integral part of our team, you'll maintain warehouse Inventory and oversee shipping and packing processes while working independently, demonstrating self-motivation, and ensuring high levels of productivity. Reporting to the RMA Supervisor, you'll contribute to the efficient functioning of our operations.
Responsibilities:
- Process returned products through clerical procedures using business resource programs and databases.
- Ensure adherence to the RMA process for all received products, including updating the ERP system, evaluating, and sometimes testing products.
- Maintain clear and professional communication with vendors to return defective products for repair or credit, while also liaising with internal team members and external customers.
- Evaluate, troubleshoot, test, and determine the disposition of customer-returned products.
- Maintain warehouse Inventory and oversee shipping and packing processes to ensure accurate and timely delivery of products.
Qualifications: Required:
- Demonstrated hardworking, focused, and energetic team player with at least 1 year of experience in a related position.
- Proficiency in computer literacy, including Windows, Excel, and Word, coupled with excellent telephone communication skills.
Preferred:
- Experience in inventory control and/or other warehouse organization.
- Experience in troubleshooting and repairing electrical products.
