Job description

The Senior HCP Contracting Specialist is a key contributor to the Commercial Operations team. This individual will be responsible for providing proactive support to the Regeneron organization. Specifically, this individual in this role will be responsible for managing key responsibilities within the contracting process of healthcare professionals and/or other technical expert consultants in Commercial, Medical and/or Clinical Development.

A typical day may include the following:

Responsible for reviewing and managing the Needs Assessment process for the contracting of healthcare professionals and/or technical experts who perform consulting services for Regeneron.
Support project sponsors in their completion of accurate and comprehensive needs assessments (NAF forms), thereby accelerating Law Department reviews.
Develop training for Sponsors and Key Stakeholders on the HCP Contracting process.
Partner with Medical Affairs to initiate credentialing of HCPs to determine FMV, and ensure requests are processed on time.
Responsible for drafting contracts using pre-approved templates, and monitoring contract status and credentialing requests.
Facilitate the collection and consolidation of required close-out documents.
Support ad hoc initiatives and projects in other areas of the HCP Contracting and Monitoring group as needed.
Stay abreast of all pertinent company policies, procedures and government regulations (both State and Federal) that relate to consulting services and promotional activities, thereby actively contributing to Regenerons continued compliance with same.

This role may be for you if :

Demonstrated understanding of the Physician Open Payments Act
and all associated reporting requirements.
Detail-orientated with strong problem-solving skills.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Able to handle confidential information, exercising good judgment
with discretion and attention to pertinent detail(s).
A self-starter who demonstrates the ability to take initiative, think
and act pro-actively, to ensure process adherence along with
capture of all required data and documentation.

To be considered for this opportunity, you must possess Bachelors degree. 5+ years of pharmaceutical/biotech or related experience. Outstanding customer service skills with proven ability to interact effectively with all levels of management, healthcare professionals and field-based employees. Experience working in the pharmaceutical, biotech and/or biologics industry.

Salary Range (annually)

$81,000.00 - $132,200.00
