RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Coordinate and manage export shipments.
- Prepare and review shipping documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, and export declarations.
- Communicate with carriers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers to ensure timely delivery of goods
- Track and report on shipment status, identifying and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Maintain records of all export transactions and documentation.
- Monitoring customers' inventory status and stock coverage.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant major
- Bi-lingual, fluency in Korean and English
- Experience of export in logistics or forwarding company is preferred, but not required
- Basic proficiency in MS Office
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
