The Supply Chain Planning IT Manager - Business Facing will support the IT Business Facing Director in the Supply Chain Planning (SCP) transformation program.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Coty runs a multi-year SCP Transformation program and the bbjective of this rol is to modernize SCP IT landscape and to get new capabilities like machine learning.

Join for the ongoing projects of changing the existing demand planning existing systems and processes.

Your main focus:

• Support the IT Business Facing Director on Project Management tasks
  • Project plan build and tracking
  • Support project scope definition (functional scope, integration scope, RACI...)
  • Support on Requests For Quotation
  • Track budget (PO, invoices)
• Support new systems set-up
  • Coordinate new system implementation with infrastructure team
  • Participate to batch strategy elaboration
• Support integration strategy
  • Define the target data flows for future applications
  • Coordinate integration work with ETL team, data lake team and systems owners
• Support the execution of projects
  • Support the Business Facing Director in the implementation of big projects
  • Can handle small projects end to end
• Support in testing
  • Define testing strategy
  • Support in fixing defects
• Support in Cutover/hypercare
  • Cutover/hypercare plan build, tracking and coordination

The IT Business Facing team is part of IT organization. IT Business Facing - Supply Chain consists of 1 Vice President, 4 Directors (Planning, Warehouse, Logistics and Manufacturing) and 2 Managers. You will work in body with the IT Director Business Facing for Supply Chain Planning. Within Coty IT, you will work closely with Center Of Excellence (CoE) team, Data Lake team, Middle ware team, infrastructure team. Internal to Coty, you will also work with business planning teams. Finally, you will work with different external parties (software providers, System Integrators, functional consultancy companies). All your colleagues are skilled, committed to deliver and solution oriented. Working in planning transformation project, you feel part of one of the biggest IT projects for Coty.

As an Supply Chain Planning IT Manager - Business Facing:

• You like to set up, execute and deliver IT project in Supply Chain Planning area.
• You can coordinate work with different parties (functional team, implementation team, integration team).
• You are comfortable to face business partners (for ex: business process experts).
• You get energy from working in a fast-paced, diverse, and international environment.

Other than that, you have/are

• Project management experience in IT implementation
• Supply Chain Planning applications experience (o9, BlueYonder, Kinaxis...)
• Knowledge in Supply Chain Planning Demand Planning, S&OP, DRP, MPS, MRP, MEIO
• English fluency, other languages appreciated
• Knowledgeable on digital decoupling (integration through Azure data lake) is a plus
• Experience in Consumer Good/Cosmetics business is a plus

• Organized, structured
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Teamwork skills
• Detail-oriented, organized and capable of prioritizing workload to complete multiple tasks and meet aggressive deadlines
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
