We are seeking a full-time Logistics Coordinator to join our team. This role will have the ability to impact and grow a young and upcoming company while traveling to some high-profile events.
To be successful in this role you will need to be highly organized and work well under pressure.

Location: Hybrid, Based either in New York City, NY or Los Angeles, CA
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Report to Director of Supply Chain
- Assist in coordinating routing plans
- Actively track domestic shipping logistics for shows, events, and partnerships
- Daily data entry of shipments for shows, events, and partnerships
- Track and report inventory levels within multiple warehousing facilities
- Act as a liaison with the third-party warehouses with respect to daily operations
- Maintain and improve day-to-day operations at warehousing facilities: processing inbounds, pick and packing orders, processing returns
- Perform regular visits to warehousing facilities to check inventory
- Foster and maintain professional, efficient, positive relationships with vendors, venues, clients and internal teams through email & phone communication
- Support other supply chain projects and initiatives
- Other responsibilities as assigned
Requirements:
- Should possess high attention to detail, highly organized. Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Should possess cross-functional collaboration skills and ability to support multiple internal teams
- Ability to efficiently work under pressure regarding quick timelines. Ability to make quick level-headed decisions
- Should possess knowledge of 3PL, courier services, freight forwarders, international shipping services & requirements
- Availability and willingness to work differentiating hours, not always 9-5pm

- Comfort and/or experience in a fast-paced, growing environment
- Entrepreneurial, organized, trustworthy, highly autonomous, and comfortable traveling

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
