Bank of Marin, voted by our employees as one of the “Best Places to Work” in the North Bay Business Journal, is seeking a Loan Servicing Associate to join our Loan Operations team at either our corporate office in Novato.
In a team-oriented environment, the Loan Servicing Associate supports the Loan Servicing area by performing a variety of customer service, filing and system maintenance tasks.
Essential Duties:
- Processes paperwork for payoff demands and completes the paid loan process, including release of liens.
- Performs loan system maintenance in accordance with department processes and procedure. Performs file maintenance tasks, including scanning, as directed.
- Answers telephone and assists branches and customers with routine inquiries including payoffs, billing questions and other miscellaneous loan inquiries
Professional / Educational Experience:
- Minimum 6 months to 1 year related experience
- Loan Operations; New Accounts and FIS/Metavante experience a plus
- High School diploma or general education degree (GED); or equivalent combination of education and experience and/or training.
The hiring pay range for this position is $20.91 to $31.79. In addition to the pay range listed, all bank positions are eligible for incentive compensation, which varies based on role. The pay rate for a successful applicant depends on a variety of factors including but not limited to geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level.
