We are seeking a dedicated, energetic, and compassionate Childcare Provider to join our team. As a Lead Childcare Provider, you will be responsible for creating a safe and positively nurturing environment for children under your care. Your role will involve engaging in age-appropriate activities, ensuring the well-being of the children, and promoting their social and educational development.
```Duties:```
- Provide attentive care to children in a daycare or classroom setting
- Create and implement age-appropriate activities and lesson plans
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for children
- Monitor children's behavior and intervene when necessary
- Assist with mealtime routines, including feeding and cleaning up
- Collaborate with parents and communicate regularly about their child's progress
- Administer basic first aid when needed
- Support children with special needs or learning disabilities
- Supervise outdoor playtime and ensure safety protocols are followed
```Qualifications:```
- 2 years previous experience working with children, preferably in a daycare or classroom setting
- Knowledge of preschool care, toddler care, and infant care
- Strong classroom management skills
- First Aid/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Patience, empathy, and the ability to connect with children
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with parents and other staff members
