We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Child Care Provider to join our Tots & Moore team. As a Childcare Provider, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety, well-being, and development of children under your care. Duties:
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities and educational programs
- Supervise children during playtime, meals, and naptime
- Monitor children's behavior and intervene when necessary
- Assist with personal hygiene tasks, such as diaper changes and potty training
- Collaborate with parents to ensure consistent care and open communication
- Follow all health and safety guidelines
Skills:
- First aid and CPR certification must be obtained within 45 days.
- Experience in toddler care, infant care, or childcare settings
- Knowledge of childhood development stages and milestones
- Ability to manage a classroom of children with diverse needs
- Strong communication skills to interact with children, parents, and colleagues
- Patience, empathy, and the ability to create a nurturing environment
- Previous experience working with students or in a daycare or babysitting role is preferred
