LITIGATION LEGAL ASSISTANT/ PARALEGAL – A Florida-based mid to large-sized Patent Law Firm in Downtown Orlando is searching for a Litigation Legal Assistant/ Paralegal with 5 to 8 years of experience in litigation, with Trademark experience preferred. The qualified candidate will know litigation rules, the relevance of these rules as they relate to the court filings, familiarity with State & Federal Rules of Civil Procedures, an understanding of legal terminology and legal processes, the ability to produce reports, legal documents, proofread documents for accuracy and the ability to work within deadlines, independently. In addition to scheduling appointments, meetings, depositions, and other related scheduling to maintain the docket, create and manage the Firm’s client database and other responsibilities as needed. Salary is commiserated based on experience ranging from $60,000 to $64,500 and an excellent benefits package.
