Line Cooks & Prep Cooks

Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Line Cook/Prep Cook to join our team. As a Line Cook/Prep Cook, you will play a crucial role in preparing and cooking delicious meals for our customers. You will work closely with the culinary team to ensure that all dishes are prepared to the highest standards. Duties:

- Prepare and cook food items according to recipes and quality standards

- Assist with menu planning and recipe development

- Ensure that all food is prepared in a timely manner

- Follow proper food handling and safety procedures

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area

- Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure smooth operations

Experience:

- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a restaurant or catering setting

- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary terminology

- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment

- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices

- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
