- Assist Kitchen Coordinator with all monthly food and drink specials
Assist Kitchen Coordinator with all food and drink menus for events
Ensure food preparation areas are clean and hygienic
Utensils and dishes are washed and stored according to Health Department Guidelines
Performs food preparation as required for winery and events
Performs cooking and plating of food and clean up
Ensures all aspects of kitchen cleanliness, including storage areas and refrigeration units
