Salary```Job Summary``` We are seeking a skilled and experienced Line Cook/Prep Cook to join our team. As a Line Cook/Prep Cook, you will be responsible for assisting with meal preparation, menu planning, and ensuring food safety in a fast-paced food service environment. If you have a passion for culinary arts and enjoy working in the food industry, we would love to hear from you. ```Duties``` - Assist with meal preparation and cooking according to recipes and menu specifications - Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations during service - Prepare ingredients by chopping vegetables, cutting meat, and other necessary tasks - Follow proper food handling and safety procedures to maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation - Help with catering events as needed - Contribute to menu planning by suggesting new dishes or modifications to existing ones - Maintain a clean and organized work area ```Requirements``` - Previous experience as a Line Cook or Prep Cook in a professional kitchen setting - Knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary terminology - Familiarity with menu planning and recipe execution - Strong knife skills for chopping, slicing, and dicing ingredients - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail - Understanding of food safety regulations and best practices - Excellent communication and teamwork skills Please note that this is not an exhaustive list of responsibilities and requirements.
