Position: Opening Cook for Banquet Department and Executive Club Lounge

Responsibilities:
- Prepare food of consistent quality following brand recipe cards.
- Craft culinary delights based on Banquet Event Orders, ensuring an exceptional dining experience.
- Masterfully prepare desserts for banquet events, adding a sweet touch to special occasions.
- Maintain proper documentation on all food containers, adhering to rotations per SOP.
- Uphold safety standards at all times, ensuring a secure and hygienic environment.
- Arrive to work in a clean uniform, punctually and ready to serve with a positive attitude.
- Cook orders with precision, catering to guest requests and special needs.
- Proactively manage ordering, food preparations, and equipment upkeep to streamline service.
- Pastry experience preferred but not required.
