Job Description

Salary: $24.03 - $28.84 per hour

Job Title: LINC Residential Case Manager                                                   FLSA: Non-exempt

Compensation: $24.03 - $28.84 per hour

Supervisor: LINC Supervisor

Do you feel passionate about the principles of harm reduction and housing first?

We are seeking a LINC Residential Case Manager who will use these guiding principles to assist our clients in increasing sustainable and reliable community-based support networks. Here at Community House Mental Health Agency, we strive to provide a supportive family atmosphere in Seattle and King County for people with severe and persistent mental illness. Each person who walks through our door has a unique story, and we believe that everyone deserves to feel welcomed and valued.

Within our Diversion Services is the Legal Intervention and Network of Care, better known as our LINC team. The Legal Intervention and Network of Care (LINC) Program is a prosecutorial diversion program that provides behavioral health treatment in lieu of prosecution for individuals with mental health and substance use conditions, who have been booked into jail for misdemeanors and low-level felonies and have a history of legal competency being raised. LINC serves adults with behavioral health conditions who have been referred by prosecutors who are willing to dismiss or not file charges if individuals agree to work with LINC. The program is short-term and is designed to connect individuals to long term mental health and/or substance use treatment and social services resources.

Our LINC Residential Case Manager will work as part of the LINC team to provide comprehensive community supports for adults in transitional community-based supported housing and to meet established LINC Program goals.  Residential Case Managers will work within a team model to provide needed services, linkage, and coordination. Coordinating with other providers is an integral part of the job.  The LINC team utilizes a harm-reduction, trauma-informed, and client centered approach.

At Community House, we value a strong work-life balance and aim to provide the best support for our workers. As a CHMHA employee, you will have access to a range of unique benefits, such as company-paid medical/dental/vision/disability insurance, a 403B retirement plan with employer match, continuing education credit, a personal unlimited ORCA card, and an employee assistance program with financial, mental, and legal assistance.
