Sales Admin Responsibilities:
- Respond to incoming new and existing client service requests via phone or email
- Endeavor to convert first contact customers to long-term service agreement partners
- Assign field service technicians to on demand lighting and electrical services and regularly scheduled maintenance visits
- Assist project management group in building bills of material for service calls and projects
- Order and track material to ensure timely arrival for installation date
- Work with Lighting Designer to develop LED lighting specification skills
- Assist Sales and Project Management teams with vendor follow-up, data entry, profitability reports, etc.
- Provide Labor Time and Material estimates to clients
- Generate billing reports for service client customers
Requirements:
- Prior experience in Inside Sales, Customer Service, Administrative Support, and/or Dispatching Outside Employees
- Proficient with QuickBooks and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel; SharePoint experience is a plus
- Experience with Service Trade preferred
- Adept learning and using new software programs quickly
- Demonstrate exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Performance-driven, reliable, self-starter
- Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation and acceptable driving record
