Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)

Job Summary:
We are seeking multiple Licensed Professional Counselors to join our team. As a Licensed Professional Counselor, you will provide clinical counseling and therapy services to individuals with various mental health needs. You will play a vital role in helping clients improve their overall well-being and achieve their therapeutic goals.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct patient assessments to gather information about their mental health history, symptoms, and treatment goals
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on the individual needs of each client
- Provide individual sessions using evidence-based therapeutic techniques
- Utilize behavior management strategies to help clients develop coping skills and manage challenging behaviors
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers, to ensure comprehensive care for clients
- Stay up-to-date with the latest research in the field of counseling and incorporate new findings into practice
- Provide education and support to clients' families or caregivers
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records

- Utilize our EHR system.

Qualifications:
- Must hold a valid license as a Professional Counselor in the state of Missouri.
- Master's degree in Counseling or a related field
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred
- Knowledge of psychopharmacology and its impact on mental health treatment
- Familiarity with special education laws and regulations
- Strong assessment skills to accurately diagnose mental health conditions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to establish rapport with clients
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team

Pay: $70.00 - $94.50 per hour
