Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled and empathetic Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) who will play a key role in conducting ongoing patient evaluations, developing comprehensive treatment plans, and providing therapeutic support. The ideal candidate will have a fixed work schedule from Monday to Friday (12 pm - 8 pm CST) and must be available on Saturdays.

Responsibilities:

• Mental Health Evaluations:
• Conduct thorough and culturally sensitive mental health evaluations for individuals seeking services.
• Utilize evidence-based assessment tools to understand clients' mental health needs and formulate comprehensive evaluations.
• Treatment Planning:
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings, client goals, and evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
• Collaborate with clients to establish achievable treatment goals and objectives.
• Counseling Services:
• Provide individual and group counseling services, applying a client-centered and culturally responsive approach.
• Offer support, guidance, and evidence-based therapeutic interventions to address clients' mental health concerns.
• Fixed Schedule:
• Adhere to a fixed work schedule from Monday to Friday (12 pm - 8 pm CST) with availability on Saturdays.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Counseling or a related field.
• Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Illinois.
• Experience in mental health evaluations and treatment planning.
