Legal Secretary Paralegal

Whitemore James Black is presnetly assisting a boutique law firm in Berkely on their search for a full-time Legal Secretary/paralegal. This role is available immediately and high priority for the firm.  The firm is open to a hybrid-remote working arrangement after a training period.  The salary for this role is anticiapted to be $90K to $120K DOE.  The firm operates on a 40-hour work week.

This role would be supporting three attorneys with practices spanning real estate litigation and estate planning.  Estate Planning expeirence is not required for this role.  The ideal candidate will be very comfortable with client interaction and be experienced with state court rules of procedure.

The last person in this role was with the firm for 20 years, and the firm has little turnover.
