Position: Paralegal / Legal Secretary

We are looking for a Paralegal to join our team! You will be responsible for preparing leases and business contracts.

Responsibilities:

• Preparations of leases for retail tenants
• Preparation of business contracts
• Draft pleadings for actions seeking collection
• Draft unlawful detainer actions

​Skills:

• Strong skills in Microsoft Word
• Type more than 60 words per minute
• 5+ years of paralegal experience or experience as a legal or executive secretary

Part-Time: 20 Hours, Flexible Schedule
Wage Rate: $50/Hour

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $50.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 4 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

Work Location: In person
