Company Overview:

We are a prominent financial services consulting company seeking an experienced Verification Specialist to join our team. · possess an Ethernet wired desk top PC (Windows 10/11 operating system), 2 monitors and wired headset (no laptop or Mac)

· have a functioning printer

· have experience working remotely

Qualifications:

· Communication skills – Must be able professionally in both verbal and written settings

· Adaptability – Our tasks shift often and you must be open to change and demonstrate a positive attitude

· Attention to detail – Prepared to attend to finer details in Legal Documents to avoid mistakes and work efficiently

· Collaboration and teamwork – Applicant must work well in a team setting and be able to communicate with other departments as needed.

· Strong work ethic – always on task and willing to go above and beyond

· Technical skills – typing skill critical, experience using Microsoft Office, Word, Excel

· Organizational skills – time management and compartmentalization ability

· Ability to multi-task – must handle multiple projects efficiently and effectively

Primary responsibilities include:

· Creating Legal Documents

· Printing letters and documents

· Faxing, emailing, mailing documents to clients or creditors

· Must be able to drop mail at a post office if necessary

· Communicating with Team Members and other departments using Microsoft Teams

(Company will reimburse cost of supplies, postage , etc. Company will provide label printer for those tasks)

Pay Range: $19-$21 / HR based on experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
