RECEPTIONIST/INSIDE SALES (LEGAL)
Excellent opportunity is available for a full-time Receptionist/Inside Sales with legal experience to fill position in a Legal Document Preparation Company located in Palm Desert. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, have excellent communication and multi-tasking skills, strong in sales, a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
We are a Legal Document Preparation company. Documents that we prepare are: Trusts and Wills, Incorporations and LLCs, Deeds, Smalls Claims, etc.
Responsibilities include but are not limited:
- Follow up with missed customer appointments
- Answering phones, promptly and in a professional manner, and transferring them to the appropriate team member.
- Confirm Customer appointments
- Taking messages from customers when appropriate
- Administrative and general clerical duties
- Greeting and accommodating walk-in customers promptly; providing timely, friendly, professional service.
- Fielding inbound calls of potential customers seeking quotes and information. To do this successfully will require learning the basics of the services we provide and becoming very familiar with various screening questions and procedures so as to accurately identify needs of potential customers
- Your primary focus is to assist in increasing sales by using your phone skills and professionalism to convert informational calls into appointments.
- You will make some outbound calls to generate appointments
Requirements:
- Must be 18 years or older and be authorized to work in the U.S
- Previous receptionist experience and phone sales experience strongly preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Strong computer skills. Daily systems use include the Internet, Excel and Microsoft Office
- Valid in-state driver's license and current auto insurance.
- Bilingual a plus

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
