Job Description:
LHH is currently hiring for the position of Legal Document Reviewer on behalf of our client in Portland, Oregon. This is a one-year contract opportunity. Applicants are required to have a Juris Doctor degree and must live within a 50-mile radius of Portland, OR, although the job itself allows for a fully remote work setup. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating between internal teams and clients, ensuring high-quality service and adherence to tight deadlines. Furthermore, this position entails being the primary point of contact for resolving consumer inquiries and issues.
 

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with both internal teams and external parties to facilitate project execution

• Address and resolve customer and client inquiries efficiently

• Follow all guidelines, protocols, and directions given by the Project Manager or Supervisor

• Maintain and ensure the integrity of the case by resolving emerging issues promptly

• Develop, track, and refresh procedures and scripts used by the claims and correspondence departments

 

Qualifications:

• Hold a JD from an accredited US law school or possess a foreign law degree along with an LLM

• Proficient in MS Office applications

• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail

• Exceptional customer service and computer proficiency

• Capable of effective communication in intricate situations

Pay Details: $30.00 to $32.00 per hour
