Front Desk Coordinator

Our family-owned SUD treatment program is growing and we're seeking a Front Desk Coordinator that is passionate about working with people seeking recovery.

Ethos Recovery Clinic provides integrated services for individuals seeking relief from opioid use. We utilize approved medication-assisted therapies and harm reduction approaches combined with behavioral change therapies to achieve the individualized goals of those we serve.We offer a casual, supportive, team-oriented work environment with competitive salaries.

Our Front Desk Coordinator will provide full time daytime coverage at Front Desk and assist program/staff with day to day tasks to ensure efficient daily operations. Experience in MAT/harm reduction setting preferred but not required.

Job Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

1. Maintain a clean & welcoming lobby area. Greet all visitors in a friendly manner.

2. Answer phone calls in a timely & courteous manner. Assess caller’s need & route call accordingly, or take message and route to appropriate staff member.

3. Check the clinic’s general voice mail a minimum of twice per day. Return calls or distribute messages accordingly.

4. Check clients in and assist with client supervision before and after dosing, individual sessions, and groups.

5. Monitor stock & assist with re-ordering.

6. Sort & distribute incoming faxes.

7. Complete faxing and scanning for staff as requested.

8. Participate in agency staff meetings and trainings.

9. Comply with client confidentiality and HIPAA requirements.

10. Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

· High school diploma or GED.

· At least one (1) year of experience in working with individuals experiencing substance use disorder.

· Strong organizational skills.

· Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.

· CPR/First Aid training preferred.

· Must be able to pass Minnesota DHS background study.

· One year free of any problems related to substance use.

· Physical demands for the job include sitting for extended periods of time, bending, and reaching.

· Certified Peer Recovery Specialist encouraged to apply

Schedule is Monday-Friday 5:30am-2pm

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
